Encrypted Email. Your data is encrypted both at rest and in transit, leaving nothing to chance. ObuMail uses the industry standard TLS encryption when sending email to recipients.
Secure Email Access. ObuMail requires two-factor authentication for all customers. Although it takes a bit of work to set it up, but given how important the security of your email is, it's worth the hassle.
Certificates and Compliance. ObuMail supports multiple certifications and undergo routine audits that keep our security up to date.
Privacy first

Email spy technologies are blocked. Many companies track which emails you open, how often you open them, and even where you were when you opened them. ObuMail blocks these trackers by default.
Your mailbox is ad-free. We do not use your information for targeted advertisements, and no ads are displayed in ObuMail. Better user experience for you.
Only you can read your emails. Processes like spam filtering and virus detection are automated in order to not give any employees access to view your emails.

Administration privileges. Email policies, managing user accounts, set roles and privileges, IP restriction, monitor audit logs, organization settings, export account data and more.
Data management. Data is one of your most valuable resources and ObuMail enables you track, retain, search, and discover the data you want, when you want it.
No fuss migration
Getting your data over to ObuMail is a breeze and if you're using services such as G Suite, Office 365, or from a hosted exchange server, the process is rapid and virtually error proof.
Within migration you'll get not only the emails you've sent or received, but you'll also contacts, calendar and other data stored.
Once you've authenticated your current email account, sit back and watch how the migration process takes place. An mailbox with 1GB of data takes approximately 15 minutes to migrate.
When the process is complete you'll get a detailed report on the progress. If an error will occur, a member of ObuMail team will investigate and reach out to you if any
